3 ways to work together
Project
Best for defined work with a clear finish line — a renovation, a move, an event, a launch. You get a written scope and a flat price before we start. A deposit of roughly 30% secures the work and the calendar.
Quotes customized for each project
Hourly
Best for one-off projects and short engagements. A 50% deposit is due before work begins; the balance is invoiced at completion. Billed in quarter-hour increments.
Projects start at $100/hr
Retainer
Best for ongoing ownership — the household or business that always has something in motion. You reserve a block of hours each month and I stay on top of everything inside it. Three-month minimum, and the more hours you reserve, the lower your hourly rate.

Prices are estimates — every project is a little different, and your final quote will reflect your actual scope. Labor is always the baseline; any goods, groceries, supplies, or vendor payments are billed at actual cost plus a procurement fee, clearly itemized on your invoice. A deposit is required before I start any sourcing, research, or bookings on your behalf. Estimates are subject to delivery or travel fees when applicable and will be disclosed in your estimate. No surprises, ever.
