Labor is always the baseline; any goods, groceries, supplies, or vendor payments are billed at actual cost plus a procurement fee, clearly itemized on your invoice. A deposit is required before I start any sourcing, research, or bookings on your behalf. Estimates are subject to delivery or travel fees when applicable and will be disclosed in your estimate. No surprises, ever.
